Love this branch of Icebreaker. Staff always very helpful here and they have a good selection. Icebreaker apparel is one of the primary clothing lines I buy and wear because it is high quality and wool is magical in its ability to be warm when it’s cold and cold when it’s warm. It also suppresses odors naturally enabling fewer washes. Shout out to Anthony who went above and beyond with his service on a recent visit.

Love this store, I think it’s the best in the mall! The quality of the material is amazing and the construction is really well done. It definitely seems like it will last awhile. The staff is also super friendly, Anthony has been so helpful. Definitely will be back here again whenever I need more outdoor and exercise clothes.

I love icebreaker! Starting with the quality of the product, the fact that they use sustainable policies and products, and that everything holds up well and is so comfortable are just some of the things that I love about this company! When I go into the store in Bellevue Square I am greeted by knowledgeable and friendly sales people that are really there to help, and not upsell. That means a lot to me! To top it all off, it feels like everything looks good and feels good on! High-quality, great practices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff make Icebreaker one of my favorite companies to buy from!

I’m close to the mall so I visit frequently, this is one my favorite places to check out in the mall, not only bcs it’s close to the exit & my fave boba shop in the mall, but because the people staff are super friendly and their stuff genuinely works. I usually grab a drink nearby and I checked them out while waiting for my order and Anthony(?) showed me what merino wool felt like on their sheep, I was actually impressed to find out that they’re just as comfy as he told me they would be but they’re also warm but not TOO warm. I’ve been in a few times since to grab some gifts for friends since it’s been so cold and the holidays are coming up and I gotta say I love that their collection rotates, so you don’t get bored with the same colors like some other places in the mall + they tend to have good deals going. I was a little hesitant the first time but I was encouraged to get the heavy cushion and it was so worth it.

The staff at icebreaker were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect base layer. Their knowledge about the items was impressive, and they patiently answered all my questions.The store itself was beautifully organized, with a great selection of products.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Icebreaker in Bellevue Square! Your staff spent so much time helping me and my wife pick out the PERFECT gifts for our kids and grandkids last holiday season. Everyone was so happy! So, we went there again first thing this year and had the same great service. Your store is so peaceful; your staff is so helpful; and your products are first rate. Our family loves that everything is natural and sustainable! Mostly, though, everyone loves the stylishness and luxurious feel!

I rarely write reviews, but this one is a must! Not only are the base layers the best my active (skiing, hiking, etc.) family has ever had, but the customer service is ALWAYS top notch! They never pressure, but are always attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely kind! And, for truly natural materials, the price is quite competitive. This store is a pleasure all around!
